CAMP FIRELIGHT

VBS 2024

It’s time for a summer camp adventure with God! Explore timeless Bible stories that demonstrate how people trusted God in the face of their own fears and went on to do great things in God’s name.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

WHO?

VBS is open to all children who will be at least 4 years old by the start of VBS thru those students who are completing 5th grade this school year.  Don't worry if you can't make it every night.  We would love to have your child as many evenings as they can attend!

WHAT?

Your child will learn about people in the Bible who experienced the gift of a trusting relationship with God. In addition, it will teach them to trust that God will go with us, lead the way, share wisdom, to give us peace, and spark joy as we celebrate the good news of Jesus in our own lives and in the lives of others. We will also learn ways we can connect with and put our trust in God whenever we are afraid, challenged, or called to do God’s work in the world and share the Good News of God’s love through Jesus Christ.

WHEN?

VBS will be held June 24-28 from 6-8 pm.  Friday night will be our Friday Fun Night!  More info to come as the time gets closer!

HOW?

We will provide a fun atmosphere for kids to learn through songs, games, crafts, teaching time, and skits!

*As in years past, we will collect an offering each night to support a local ministry; however, there is a no obligation to give.

*To ensure your child's safety, we ask that an approved drop-off/pick-up person come inside to sign in and sign out your child each night.  All volunteers 18 years of age and older must have a background check on file.
